phkuya does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. phkuya makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee continuous uptime.
phkuya reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or conduct detrimental to the integrity of the platform.
Upon termination for a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. phkuya will provide written notice of termination to the registered email address of the affected player.
You may close your phkuya account at any time by contacting customer support. Before account closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed and the remaining balance, if any, will be returned to your nominated payment method. Please allow up to five (5) banking days for final balance processing upon voluntary account closure.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
